CLASSES
CLUB PRACTICE
This is our standard wrestling practice for intermediate/advanced wrestlers and beginners who have completed the foundations course. Practice will be differentiated by experience. Co-ed.
FOUNDATIONS
Foundations is a co-ed 6-week course which will introduce kids to fundamentals and rules of wrestling as well as basic conditioning and sportsmanship in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
CROSS TRAINING
Cross Training is a once-weekly, high-intensity workout session for our serious and competitive wrestlers. Co-ed.
GIRLS EXCLUSIVE
This class is exclusively for our female wrestlers. They will be focusing on freestyle wrestling technique, conditioning, and cross-training.

ELITE
By invitation only. This class is intended for our high level middle school and high school aged athletes. (Elite elementary considered). Wrestlers will expand beyond basic wrestling foundations, focusing on advanced skills, video match analysis, conditioning and cross-training.
